• All artwork displayed on this website is original and handcrafted. Each piece is unique — colours and patterns may vary slightly from photographs.
• Commission requests are subject to availability. We will confirm details, pricing, and timelines before commencing work.
• A deposit may be required for custom commissions. Deposit terms will be agreed upon before work begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices for gallery pieces and commissions are available on request or as listed on our Etsy shop.
• Payment must be received in full before artwork is dispatched (unless otherwise agreed for commissions).

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We take great care in packaging all artwork for safe delivery.
• Delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase. Custom commissions may require additional time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers, though we will assist in resolving any issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the bespoke nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds on custom commissions once work has commenced.
• For ready-made pieces, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the artwork is in its original condition.
• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and logos — is the property of Artsthetic Limited and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
